Congratulations to Danny Johnston who was named Team Captain for the rest of the season. Dylan Donnay and David Kenney were named Assistant captains.

St. Cloud Red lost a close game to a very good Champlin Park team. Josh Robak provided very strong goaltending but the team had a hard time lighting the lamp. The team will get another shot at a victory playing Andover on New Years Day. Click here for some pictures of the game.

The Peewee A Red team out scored their oppontents 22-2 and took home the first place trophy in the Owatonna Peewee A Tournament. In our first game we beat Marshall 10-0. The game was highlighted by a hat trick from Bryan Benson and Jake Peterson also scored twice for the Red Team. Josh Robak posted a shutout for the game.

In the second round we faced a tough Hermantown team. In that game we opened a 3-0 lead and held on with tough D-Zone coverage for a 3-2 win. This game was highlighted by some excellent goaltending from Connor Amundson and an overall excellent defensive performance from the entire team which included some key draws won by Danny Johnston at the end of the game.

In the Championship Game we faced the tournament host Owatonna. In this match up Brody Falconer scored his 3rd goal of the tournament only 8 sections into the game. He ended up with 3 goals in the game and 5 for the tournament. Jake Peterson added 2 more goals and Peter Spethmann, David Kenney, Sam Coulter, Mitchell Fritz all added goals. Dylan Donnay added 3 assits and Josh Robak made some key saves to earn his 2nd shutout of the tournament.
